FreeFlight’s Rangr FDL 978 XVR Transceiver is a diversity capable unit that provides both ADS-B “In” and ADS-B “Out” capabilities.  This certified ADS-B “Out” Transceiver is a single box solution to the 2020 FAA ADS-B mandate with added benefits.  The ADS-B “In” function of this Transceiver provides a subscription-free traffic and weather display on a certified panel mounted unit or with a compatible tablet device via the available wifi module.

The Rangr FDL 978 XVR is compatible with the 430W/530W series of GPS navigators and automatically synchronizes with legacy transponders without the need for additional pilot interaction.

This Transceiver is also available for purchase with integrated GPS (for an additional cost).
