FreeFlight’s Rangr FDL 1090 TX Transmitter was designed for aircraft operating above 18,000 feet.  It is a light weight and cost effective ADS-B solution designed for Business Aviation.  This Mode S Transmitter has a panel mounted controller and built-in altitude encoder.  The display interface comes equipped with a sunlight-readable, backlit LED display and has positive control knobs and push buttons for easy squawk code entry.

The FDL 1090 TX can be configured with FreeFlight’s certified Rangr RX for complete ADS-B “Out” compliance.  This remote transponder is dual-install capable and may be mounted anywhere within the airframe.
